Terms and Conditions for Subscription Service:

Acceptance of Terms:

By subscribing to this service (the "website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this service. Mr W's Lab Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will clearly highlight where changes have been made.

Subscription Plans:

This service offers various subscription plans, each with its own features and pricing. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to the terms specific to that plan. By subscribing to a specific plan, you have access to the whole range of resources and materials provided by this service for the duration of your subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.

Payment and Billing:

Payment for the subscription service is required in advance. Once you have successfully subscribed, you will receive your login details in one of two ways: i) You will create the login after being directed from PayPal, ii) You will receive an email from admin (matt@mathswhiteboard.com) within 24 hrs after a successful BACS payment. In both cases, please ensure that your junk mail folder is checked for the introductory email. Mr W's Lab Ltd reserves the right to change the subscription plans and pricing, and will clearly identify the changes on the purchase page.

Account Renewal:

Subscriptions will not automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. Whilst you have an active subscription and each successful login, you will clearly be able to see the remaining time left until the end of your subscription.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you will have access to the subscription service until the end of the current billing cycle. Please carefully read the privacy policy for information about retention of information where applicable.

Content Usage:

All the materials displayed on this service belong to Mr W's Lab Ltd and may be used by subscribers. The right to use the materials will cease when a subscription expires. Content may be displayed on a computer screen or projection, printed or saved in an electronic form on a disk, but must not be located on any server or storage device linked to an external network which can be freely accessed without password protection. For full terms on content usage, please carefully read the copyright terms. Any unauthorized use may result in the termination of your subscription without a refund.

Account Security and Limitation of Liability:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify Mr W's Lab Ltd immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the security of the website but Mr W's Lab Ltd offers no additional warranty (outside those provided by law). Any material obtained by you from using this service is done so at your own risk on the understanding that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system that may result. Mr W's Lab Ltd will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this service.

Termination of Service:

Mr W's Lab Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription service at any time for a violation of these terms or for any reason without notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Changes to Terms:

Mr W's Lab Ltd may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the subscription service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
